with the center point given by x,y
and the radius r given in percent of the
coordinates box width or height, whichever is narrower

draws a ring of two circles
(optionally filled, see F Filling Shapes
radial gradients will not start in the center point,
but conveniently at the ring's inner diameter
use black-color-black radial gradients
to create rings that look three-dimensional)
with the center point given by x,y
and the radiuses r1 and r2 given in percent of the
coordinates box width or height, whichever is narrower
